Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the Enterprise Sector Lead by ensuring a well-managed
opportunity pipeline, timely production of client-facing documents and proposal drafts, structured meeting coordination, and effective follow-up enabling stronger conversion of
opportunities into partnerships and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the Enterprise pipeline/CRM tracker (leads, stages, contacts, next actions, timelines).
• Track and document stakeholder maps for priority accounts
• Maintain an organized filing system for account records, communications, and
opportunity documents.
• Draft first versions of business documents
• Maintain and continuously improve a reusable proposal library (standard text blocks, case studies, product descriptions, implementation approaches).
• Support tender and bid submissions by compiling required annexes, forms, and supporting documents.
• Prepare meeting briefs and agendas for internal and external meetings.
• Take minutes during meetings and circulate action points with clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate follow-ups with clients and partners via email/WhatsApp/calls, ensuring timely responses and next steps.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to obtain inputs required for proposals, demos, and client responses.
• Liaise with partners (where assigned) for confirmations, pricing inputs, service availability, and joint deliverables.
• Support planning and logistics for enterprise client sessions, demonstrations, and
• Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and activity updates for the Enterprise Sector Lead.
• Contribute to monthly enterprise sector reporting and documentation. events when required.
Skills and qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, International Development, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience in business development, proposal writing, account support, or program support (experience with NGO/UN/government clients is an advantage).
• Strong written and spoken English; Somali is an advantage.
• Proven ability to produce professional documents in MS Word/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Basic understanding of budgets/pricing tables and comfort working with spreadsheets.
