Accountant

Keyway Travel  is currently    seeking    a    qualified candidate of accounting.
The role
Responsible for the capturing and processing of accounting data to generate daily, monthly and yearly reports of the company in accordance with Keyway Travel  Financial’s  policy and general accepted accounting principles using own software as well as maintaining related filling and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications: 
    Bachelor of Accounting and Finance 
    at least two years experiences as an accountant or in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
    Overseas General acceptable accounting system    experience.
    Good conceptual and analytical thinking skill with proven proactive to identify solving problems and improvement.
    Ability to overcome the challenges of today’s changing work environment and committed work related issues. 
    Committed on customer satisfaction
    Knowledge of  Somali language, and  the    English language    is    an    asset
Responsibilities:  
    Daily data entry, reconciling and closing an  accounts
    Daily checkup all users of Keyway  local and international Airline sales report 
    Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles in Keyway  System
    Manage cash flows and preparemonthly payroll payment with consultation of the management.
    Maintain financial records and audit trails of by mistake user entries.
    Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending system and financial policies.
    Manage and checkdaily cashier transactions and sales report in the office and maintain contact in the bank deposits and calculate currency records and cash movement carries out the administrative company of all data payments and receipts of running office costs, keeping records of all financial transactions.
    Prepare customer invoice, billing Collect and analyze all account receivables.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting payments by vendors.
    Adjustment of accounts (Reconciliation)
    Summarizes current financial status by collecting account information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
    Perform any other relevant duty by the request line in manager.
    Contributing    to    the    long    term    growth    and    sustainability    of    the   company program    
    Accomplish the result by performing the duty.

Requirements
    Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
    Excellent accounting software user
    Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
    Advanced degree in Accounting preferred
    CPA, CMA,Peachtreeor Quick Book preferred
