Job Overview: Sales Officers play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by providing product knowledge, assisting with purchases, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and guidance.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
6. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with electronic products and trends.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
