Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Last Mile Inventory Management:

  • Ensure safe, timely & effective flow of inventory in the last mile meeting BURN’s operating procedures and processes consistently.
  • Overseeing stock storage processes including tagging and labelling.
  • Responsible for scanning out of stocks to B2C agents once the sales orders are approved and making sure that 100% end-users.
  • Print approved sales orders for records-
  • Help the sales team to reach their sales targets by ensuring that stocks are always available.
  • Report the stock status to the Field Operation warehouse assistant on the daily basis.
  • Keep an accurate, and up-to-date track of inventory to minimize losses and damages.
  • Ensures recovery of lost inventory happens according to processes.
  • Ensure incoming product is received and managed/arranged appropriately according to BURN’s procedure.

Stock Taking:

  • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
  • Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks with support from Field Operations Warehouse Assistant and sales team leaders.
  • Make sure that Field Operation standard Operating procedures adhere to at all times.
  • Follow up with the agents with stocks sold and stock balance every day and report.

Forecasting:

  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Placing and receiving orders from the regional warehouse to replenish stocks as needed.

Stock taking:

  • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock take.
  • Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks with support from Field Operations Warehouse Assistant and sales team leaders.

Forecasting:

  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Placing and receiving orders from the regional warehouse to replenish stocks as needed.

Sale orders:

  • Report sales orders (via serial numbers and payment references) to the Field Ops Warehouse assistant on the daily basis

Aftersales:

  • Receiving the default product brought back for fixing and communicating resolution timelines to the customer.
  • Troubleshoot and fix defaulted products and update the relevant reports after resolution.

Skills and qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • High school.
  • 1 year of stock management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytic/number-crunching background.
