Available Positions  

Finance Department  

Cashier – Manage transactions and support credit and collections  

Accountant – Accounts Receivable – Handle client invoices and collections  

Accountant – Accounts Payable – Manage supplier payments and cash reconciliations

Operations and Commercial  

Operation Coordinator – Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency  

Commercial Director – Lead commercial strategy and business development  

Ground Handling Coordinator – Manage ground operations and coordination  

Duties and responsibilities

1-Cashier

ü  Receiving all forms of payments from the client by daily

ü  Reconciling cash and the bank balances with the system by daily

ü  Maintain daily transactions for the cash

ü  Supporting credit collections

ü  Selling the tickets for the company

ü  Assist the clients/customers

2-Accountant (Account Receivable)

ü  Preparing and sending invoices to customers

ü  Posting payments to customer accounts

ü  Calling the customers remains balances

ü  Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company accounts

ü  Ensuring that all payments are sent on time

ü  Selling the tickets for the company

ü  Assist the clients/customers

3- Accountant (Account Payable)

ü  Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments

ü  Pay vendors and service providers

ü  Tracking and paying company tax and licenses

ü  Monitoring company running expenses (Including Payroll)

ü  Ensure payment credits are applied correctly

ü  Documenting the vendor’s invoices with the payment receipt

ü  Reconciling the available with the payment requirement

ü  Selling the tickets for the company

ü  Assist the clients/customers

Finance Team - Accountant

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience.  

Commercial, Operations, Ground Handling

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
