Sales and Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team! 
Location: Mogadishu
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales and marketing strategy. You will work closely with our team of sales and marketing professionals to develop and implement campaigns that drive sales and grow our brand. 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
* Create effective plans to promote products, boost the brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
* Drive your team to success with clear targets and high standards for profitability.
* Work with other teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
* Ensure cost-effective marketing and sales activities within budgets to maximize returns.
* Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
* Use online tools to grow your brand, engage customers, and measure campaign success.
* Build long-term client connections by understanding needs and providing value.
* Motivate and mentor your team for growth and a culture of excellence and innovation.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
* Master / Bachelor degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration or related field.
* 3+ years' experience in a Marketing Management field (Especially in Mogadishu area corporations).
* Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others.
* Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.
* Able to innovate and implement changes successfully.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Able to be persuasive and obtain buy-in from upper management.
* Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media.
* Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.
