Job description

Overview of position

  • CTG is looking for Interview Panellist for a large recrutiment drive for a CTG client.

  • Tasks will include interview preparation, interviewing candiates, assessing suitability & making recommendations.

  • This will be a short term project (up to 11 days).

Role objectives

  • To execute all planning & interview activities to ensure adequate, timely & compliant delivery of client services & to perform other ‘ad hoc’ tasks as required.

  • This will be a short term project (up to 11 days).

Project reporting

This role reports to the Deputy country Manager.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or related field is required.

  • Background in HR or recruitment, with a proven track record of conducting interviews. 

  • Experience of working in Somalia is essential.

  • Must be fluent in both Somali & English.

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable relevant HR experience.

Team management

This role has no team management responsibility.
