Position: Administration and Logistics Officer

Mogadishu Light Academy is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Administration and Logistics Officer. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our institution by managing administrative tasks and logistics effectively.  

Skills and qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, IT, Business, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3. Excellent communication

skills in English, both written and verbal.

4. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in administration and logistics.

5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.                                                                                

8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

9. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  

Age Group: Candidates should be between 23 and 30 years old.

Residence: Candidates must currently reside in one of the following districts: Hodon, Howlwadaag, Waaberi, Hamar Jajab.
