JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
About the Role:
BB Bank is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, planning, and stewardship. As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
- Manage relationships with auditors, investors, and financial institutions
- Lead the finance team with strong leadership and integrity
Skills and qualifications
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – REQUIRED
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) – HIGHLY PREFERRED
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) – Preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks
