Job description
Summary: The Country Security Manager is located in the SKA Camp in Mogadishu, Somalia. He is responsible for providing mobile and static security services to both internal and external clients as well as seeking and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
The Country Security Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Developing SRM business to meet KPIs including proposal drafting.
2. Manage operational tasks for static and mobile security services.
3. Personnel vetting and reporting.
4. Review and maintain SOPs for SRM operations.
5. Review and implement training programs for clients and the current SRM team.
6. Act as Team leader on the ground for all PSD moves.
7. Evaluate incidents and determine the course of action.
8. Report and track all incidents.
9. Provide up-to-date security briefings and reports.
10. Maintain emergency aid and evacuation training.
Skills and qualifications
BSc Security & Risk Management or any related field.
Skills required:

Possess exceptional people skills.
Ability to present ideas and negotiate.
Good problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent forward thinking.
Good Microsoft Office skills; including outlook, word, and excel.

Significant business development experience.
Experience in a leadership position is mandatory.
Experience working in high-risk environments.
Experience working on USG static and/or mobile contracts
Experience with convoy escort tasks
