- Position Overview
The Digital Transformation Specialist (DTS) at KCG will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Digital Transformation solutions within both the Public and Private sectors. This role will encompass end-to-end ownership, from initial client engagement to successful project delivery, ensuring that KCG's digital solutions align with clients' strategic objectives and drive meaningful business impact.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions to grasp digital transformation needs and challenges.
- Collaborate for client-aligned proposals with business development teams.
- Define strategies, objectives, and outcomes in close partnership with clients.
- Develop tech-driven solutions to enhance processes and customer experiences.
- Craft comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
- Align client expectations with project capabilities in planning.
- Manage cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship for team synergy.
- Engage with client stakeholders transparently and address concerns.
- Oversee solution implementation, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams for advanced tech deployment.
- Develop change management strategies for new solutions.
- Manage organizational change, user training, and system adoption.
- Define KPIs and metrics to showcase project success.
- Monitor and measure outcomes for value demonstration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks for success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Infuse insights into strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field (Bachelor's/Master's).
- Proven digital transformation leadership experience in 5+ years.
- Deep grasp of digital tech (cloud, AI, IoT, analytics).
- Strong project management with a successful track record.
- Effective communication and client engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking for complex challenges.
- Change management for transformative journeys.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze reporting to identify areas of opportunities and Performance.
- Maintain a professional office appearance and work environment at all times.
- Excellent computer skills and strong proficiency in multiple technical aspects.
- Must have a strong desire to help KCG Clients and related Stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
