Position Overview:

®  As an Experienced Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by established protocols and standards. With a minimum of three years of experience, you will bring valuable expertise to our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our healthcare facility.

 Key Responsibilities:

1.      Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients across various age groups and medical conditions.

2.      Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

3.      Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.

4.      Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately and promptly.

5.      Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, interpret results, and report findings to attending physicians.

6.      Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.

7.      Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.

8.      Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.

9.      Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide prompt intervention as needed.

10.  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

1.      Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.

2.      Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in an advantage.

3.      Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

4.      Current BLS (Basic Life Support).

5.      Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

6.      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

7.      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8.      Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
