Amal Real Estate and Construction Company is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Architect Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about architectural design and construction to contribute to our diverse range of projects.

 Objectives

§  To recruit an experienced architect who can contribute to the designs and planning of diverse projects.

§   To ensure architectural designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.

§  To promote sustainable building practices in all design phases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The architect will be responsible for the following tasks:

Design Development:

§  Create innovative architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects.

§  Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models. 

Project Coordination:

§  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integration.

§  Attend project meetings to present designs and gather feedback.

Site Analysis:

§  Conduct site assessments to inform design decisions.

§  Consider environmental impact and sustainability in design choices.

Regulatory Compliance:

§  Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and zoning regulations.

§  Prepare documentation for permits and approvals as required.

Client Engagement:

§  Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

§  Present design proposals and modifications to clients for approval.

 Quality Assurance:

§  Review construction documents to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

§  Address any design-related issues that arise during construction.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

§  Bachelor’s in Architecture, Master’s degree in Architecture is preferable.

§  Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years specifically in the real estate sector.

§  Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

§  Strong portfolio demonstrating previous relevant projects.

§  Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building regulations.

§  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
