Role Overview
Emaad Properties is seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and distribution of materials, equipment, and services for its real estate projects.
This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and full transparency in all procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement plans in line with project schedules.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct fair price comparisons.
Negotiate with vendors and contractors for best value and timely delivery.
Track all purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials to project sites.
Maintain vendor records, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
Liaise with Finance for payments and budget tracking.
Ensure all procurement activities align with Emaad’s standards of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in construction or real estate.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation habits.
Fluency in Somali and English.
