Contract: Immediate Start - 3 Internship with possibility of follow on full-time contract

Background:

Lander Prosopis is looking for an intern to join a growing business providing charcoal and animal feed from an invasive plant and regenerating land for farming and grazing. This is a great opportunity to learn a number of business skills in a supportive and inclusive environment,

Key Duties

• Social Media updating
• Marketing via face to face meetings and online calls
• Answering phones

Essential Skills

• Good Somali and English language skills (written and spoken). We don’t require fawless English writing/spelling but we will require you to receive and send multiple emails and project communications in the English language

Desirable Skills

• We are working with female run bakeries to establish prosopis four as a nutritional additive so knowledge or experience of working with female led community groups (or knowledge or passion for baking bread) is an advantage
