What You'll Do:

Drive Sales Growth: Prospect for and engage qualified leads, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Tailor your approach to each segment, highlighting the unique advantages of solar power for their specific needs.
Become a Solar Power Expert: Develop a deep understanding of SunPower's solar energy products, systems, and financing options.
Customer Champion: Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, demonstrating how SunPower solutions can help them achieve energy independence and cost savings.
Trusted Advisor: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, assisting them in selecting the optimal solar system configuration for their needs.
Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
Data-Driven Performance: Track sales performance, generate detailed reports, and analyze data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.

Who We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Success: A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Solar Savvy: A strong understanding of solar energy technology and industry trends.
Communication Master: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations and building trust.
Team Player: The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently.
Data Adept: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights.
