Site Engineer
Hill Development Inc, through its vast network both at home and abroad, has access to highly experienced and skilled
personnel and state-of-the-art expertise in every field of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance.
In this position you will be joining an experienced team of professionals providing creativity solutions to both private and
public sector clients. You will be working in all phases of project development, from conceptual, schematic design, design
development, and construction document design work.
Position Summary
 Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities
 Interpret and implement structural, architectural, and MEP drawings on-site
 Monitor work progress against project schedules and report delays or issues
 Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site laborers
 Conduct site inspections and maintain daily site reports and logs
 Manage material requirements, deliveries, and site resources
 Resolve on-site technical issues and liaise with design engineers when needed
 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
 Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant site supervision/construction experience
 Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site processes
 Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical/construction drawings
 Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
 Good communication skills for coordinating between site teams and office/engineering staff
 Willingness to work on-site full-time and, if needed, in different project locations
