Finance Manager

Position Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health and sustainability of Qaalib Engineering Company. This role develops and manages financial strategies, policies, and systems to support growth, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk analysis for projects and investments.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff.

ualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5–7 years of finance management experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting/finance software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.).
