Job Summary
Dahabshiil Motors is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to
lead and grow our vehicle sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible
for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth,
strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales
targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and
productivity.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance
reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key
stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to improve
sales performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
• Organize sales training and coaching programs for team members.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Skills and qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a
related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
