In this position you will be joining an experienced team of professionals providing creativity solutions to both private and
public sector clients. You will be working in all phases of project development, from conceptual, schematic design, design
development, and construction document design work.
Position Summary
 Design and analyze structural elements (foundations, beams, columns, slabs, etc.) for buildings and other structures
 Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations
 Review and approve structural designs prepared by junior engineers or external consultants
 Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and monitor construction progress
 Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations
 Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers throughout the project lifecycle
 Prepare technical reports and documentation for project approvals
 Identify and resolve structural issues that arise during design or construction.

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
 Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis
 Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD. Ro, AutoCAD, Revit)
 Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and standards
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills
 Strong communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
 Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
