Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Hargeisa. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the Operations Manager in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily business operations.
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a productive work environment.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics to optimize supply chain processes.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Handle customer service concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations or management role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the electronics or retail sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
