Job Title: Head Department - Sales/ Marketing Dep.

Position Summary:
The Sales/ marketing manager has the overall responsibility of planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing activities, plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
o Plan, direct and coordinate all sales and marketing day today activities under the directorate and guidance of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
o Provide continuous support and advice to the sales/ marketing officers serve customers in the best way possible and closely monitor market competition.
o Generate leads through cold calling, direct advertising and trade show. o Close sale by convincing prospective customers buy company products.
o Develop a sales Quota plan, to ensure each sales rep to sell specified amount of products in a given period of time.
o Establish a Sales Territory – Assign company distributors, sales reps or agents for specific districts, villages or areas to work to reach and serve customers soonest.
o Oversee and monitor orders and complaints of the customers and take immediate action to make the customers happy.
o Effectively plan distribution channels and delivery routes to minimize costs.
o Follow up sales accounts – customers that regularly buy products of the company as well as the
new clients.
o Collaborate with the production department to prepare customer orders on time, and to ensure
accuracy of order quantity and type of product, and advice where and when necessary.
o To explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability o Improve Customer Retention Management system (RCM).
o Represent SomFarm Fresh Company in a professional manner.
o To prepare Budgets, sales forecasts, sales performance reviews & projections o Assist CEO with the preparation of proposals and presentations.
o Development of sales campaigns and support implementation of the marketing plans as needed o Update CEO for department priorities and challenges on regular basis.
o Work with the finance deportment for payments transfer. o Undertake other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing work experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Master’s degree is preferred.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
* Computer skills (MS Office).
* Ready to start work very early in the morning.
