Job Description

Position: Logistics Officer

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods within our online platform operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics processes, timely deliveries, and efficient inventory management while optimizing costs.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

·       Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and business partners.

·       Maintain relationships with suppliers, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers.

·       Track shipments, manage documentation, and resolve delivery-related issues.

·       Monitor stock levels and oversee warehouse operations.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.

·       Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.

·       Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory data.

·       Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to provide updates on order statuses.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipping procedures, and inventory control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and inventory management tools.
