Job Summary:

Super Services is seeking a skilled IT Technician to support our IT infrastructure, including CCTV installation, network troubleshooting, router configuration, cable management, and help desk assistance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in security systems and IT support, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
• Manage network cabling, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Set up and optimize routers, switches, and other networking devices.
• Provide help desk support (onsite/remote) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network problems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflicts).
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
• Document technical processes and maintain inventory of equipment.
• Travel to other cities in Somaliland as needed for project deployments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent certification).
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, security systems (CCTV), and networking.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, cabling standards (Cat5e/Cat6), and router configurations.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, basic Linux, and troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Somaliland for assignments.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CCTV technician courses.
• Experience with PBX systems or wireless networks.
