Terms of Reference (TOR)
Position Title: Influencer Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Department: Marketing and Sales

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager – Zambeyzi

2. Purpose of the Role
The Influencer Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for managing influencer-based campaigns and increasing sales through both digital engagement and direct customer interaction. This role is key in expanding Zambeyzi’s reach in Somaliland and enhancing the brand's visibility and performance.
3. Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
Identify, engage, and manage local and regional influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute influencer campaigns including product reviews, unboxings, and giveaways.
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone and compliance standards.
Monitor and evaluate influencer performance using KPIs such as engagement rate, conversions, and ROI.
Maintain a structured influencer database and campaign calendar.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Promote and sell Zambeyzi’s products through online platforms (social media, WhatsApp, CRM tools) and walk-in sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing.
Support in-store events, live demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Update CRM with customer data, leads, and transactions.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Skills and qualifications

4. Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Somali, and Amharic.
Strong background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), including familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and online customer engagement.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital sales.
Proficiency in Somali, English, and Amharic.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends and platforms is an added advantage.

7. Working Conditions
Flexible availability required for events, weekend activations, or content production.Occasional in-city travel for influencer coordination or marketing outreach.
