Position: Customer Support Officer/Receptionist (2positions)

About Dahabshiil Motors
Dahabshiil Motors is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly organized
Customer Support Officer / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers
and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk
operations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring
excellent customer experience that reflects the company's professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and professional
environment.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and
professionally.
• Mail and Correspondence Management
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits with relevant
departments.
• Meeting Room Coordination
• Register customer information accurately in the company system.
• Visitor Reception and Management
• Follow up with customers regarding service progress, appointments, and feedback.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
• Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and documents.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and handle complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports when required.
• Assist with administrative duties and office coordination activities.
• Ensure adherence to company customer service standards and procedures. 

Skills and qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customer Service,
Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, front office, or
administrative support.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and professional office
etiquette.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory) – both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent telephone handling and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.
