Regular Hours:
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Ramadan Hours:
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
7:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Additional overtime may be required during promotions, peak seasons or special events.

Abayah Clothing Boutique is seeking a confident, creative and motivated Sales & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

🛍️ Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle payments accurately (cash, card or other approved methods)
• Maintain and update the daily sales sheet/system
• Ensure end-of-day sales totals are correct and balanced

🧹 Shop Maintenance

• Fully responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the shop
• Ensure the shop floor, fitting areas and displays remain clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the working day
• Arrange and steam abayahs neatly
• Keep the stockroom organised and orderly

📦 Stock Management

• Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock

📱 Social Media & Marketing

• Create and upload daily content on social media platforms
• Take high-quality photos and videos of products
• Respond to customer enquiries via social media
• Promote new arrivals, offers and sales
• Contribute creative ideas to increase engagement and sales

📸 Modelling Requirement

• The role may require wearing abayahs and accessories for promotional photos and videos
• Present products modestly, professionally and in line with the brand image
• Be confident appearing in social media content

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to at least secondary school level (further education preferred)
• Competent in Microsoft Excel for updating sales sheets and basic reporting
• Confident using social media platforms for business purposes
• Creative, organised and well presented
• Previous retail or customer service experience desirable but not essential

 Salary & Bonus

Starting salary: $200 per month, inclusive of all applicable statutory labour law requirements.

A performance-based bonus is available.
