JOB DESCRIPTION –SITE ENGINEER/ MANAGER (EXPERIENCED)

Location: Hargeisa
Overview:
Fair Construction is seeking an experienced Manager / Site Engineer to lead site
operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to
the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all construction site activities
• Lead site teams, workers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure works comply with drawings and company standards
• Enforce company policies on site
• Plan, manage, and control materials and resources
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance
• Coordinate with design and management teams
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained
Skills and qualifications
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (ideally 3–5 years)
• Experience in Hargeisa preferred
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Good understanding of construction drawings
• Ability to manage teams and deliver projects effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
