Job description
The Program Coordinator will oversee a multi-sectoral integrated intervention aimed at preventing or reducing the impact of drought in the most at-risk areas of Bokh and Gashamo Woredas, Somali Regional State. This role is crucial in coordinating activities across various sectors, ensuring effective resource allocation, and building resilience within these vulnerable communities. The Program Coordinator will work closely with local teams, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to ensure the program meets its objectives and aligns with OWS-Development Fund’s mission and values.
Skills and qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in program management, preferably within the development or humanitarian sector.
