The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE), an indigenous CSO, in the promotion and provision of Sexual Reproductive Health and Family planning service invites competent applicants for the posts of the following vacancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

• Plans organizes , participate, co-ordinates and controls in the development of the activities of the Clinic and  Adolescent and Youth program, Initiates policy and technical guidelines with respect to the the clinic
• Coordinates and works with other staff to ensure that the Strategic Framework/Plan is established, implemented and maintained effectively and efficiently in a cooperative and team  spirit;
• Ensures  and provide quality and integrated SRH service including CAC are deliver in the  facility and community based services;
•  Maintain update data management of clients and case stories and act as a learning center;
•  Participate in project proposal development
• Ensure the adherence of guidelines and standards for management of youth friendly centers, Wise Youth Action Movement (WYAM) in collaboration with the volunteers Affairs & Training Officer;
•   Prepares Annual APB, Work plan, periodic Progress Report and submits with quality reports to Area office timely;
•    Participate at Area level Joint Supportive supervision and submit regular trip reports;
• Supervises the adherence to guidelines and standards for management of service outlets services

Education

MPH/MSc/BSc in public health, Nursing and other related  sciences

Experience

3 years for MPH/MSc and 5 years for BSc degree  directly relevant experience
