• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare or NGO sector
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
