JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive revenue growth. This role demands a creative, results-oriented professional with expertise in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with brand partners to understand their marketing objectives and develop strategies that align with their goals and the distribution company's capabilities.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Utilize analytics to optimize digital presence and campaign effectiveness.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering professional development.
Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and brand partners to ensure cohesive marketing and sales strategies. Facilitate cooperative marketing efforts and promotional activities.
Brand Promotion and Events: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand exposure and engage directly with customers.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and ROI to senior management and brand partners. Communicate marketing plans and achievements effectively across the organization.
Skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and brand management.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with brand partners and internal teams.
· Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data analysis.
· Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches and campaign design.
· Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, CMS, social media, and analytics software.
· Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Marketing Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
