strengthen our workforce, we are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our people
strategy and support our long-term growth.
The Role
The Head of Human Resources will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for
developing and executing HR strategies that align with our operational, regulatory, and business objectives.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of all HR functions in a highly regulated,
safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning across technical and nontechnical roles
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies
• Drive learning, development, and leadership capability across the organization
• Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks to attract and retain critical skills
• Promote a strong safety culture and support change management initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and line managers
• Manage and develop the HR team, systems, and processes

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum [3–5] years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles

• Experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices
• Proven ability to work strategically while remaining operationally effective
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
