Job Overview: The Social Media Officer will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
4. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns.
6. Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and trends to recommend new strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
