Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain biomedical equipment and devices for client hospitals and clinics.
- Evaluate the performance, safety, and compliance of medical devices with regulatory standards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and partners on equipment usage and safety.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for product demonstrations and customer support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service records, installations, and technical reports.
- Research new technologies and assist in product development or customization based on client needs.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and workshops when needed.
Skills and qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a biomedical engineering role, preferably in a commercial or field-service setting.
- Hands-on experience with medical equipment, particularly in diagnostics, imaging, patient monitoring, or surgical technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Good documentation, computer literacy, and reporting skills.
