About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and qualified Cambridge Lower Primary Teachers to join our vibrant international school community. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds (ages 3–8) through play-based discovery, enquiry-based learning, and a nurturing classroom environment aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science following Cambridge standards.
• Teach foundational literacy and numeracy using systematic synthetic phonics and hands-on math manipulatives.
• Implement active, differentiated learning strategies to support diverse learners and English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
• Conduct continuous observational and formative assessments to track student progress and prepare learners for Cambridge Progression milestones.
• Maintain a safe, warm, and structured classroom environment focusing on positive behavior and social-emotional growth.
• Partner closely with parents to provide regular updates on student development and academic milestones.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Credentials: Valid Teaching License, PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent international teaching qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of classroom teaching experience, ideally within a Cambridge International or inquiry-based primary setting.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of early literacy (phonics) and concrete mathematics instruction; high patience, energy, and cross-cultural adaptability.
• Safeguarding: Current Child Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
