DENTIST – No Pain Dental Clinic
No Pain Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Clinical Dentist with strong hands-on
experience, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to independently assess patients, develop
appropriate treatment plans, and deliver high-quality dental care.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dentistry.
• Minimum 3 continuous years of clinical practice in the dental market in Mogadishu, Somalia.
• Demonstrable real clinical experience, not experience limited to internship or theoretical
training.
Essential Clinical Experience
Root Canal Treatment – Endodontics
• Strong hands-on experience in Root Canal Treatment (RCT).
• Accurate diagnosis and appropriate endodontic treatment planning.
• Understanding of the causes of failed root canal treatments and the ability to minimize
avoidable retreatment.
• A systematic approach designed to achieve predictable, long-lasting results.
Extractions
• Strong experience handling different types and levels of extraction cases.
• Ability to assess case difficulty and potential risks before treatment.
• Practical experience with pediatric extraction cases.
Cosmetic & Composite Restorations
• Strong experience in aesthetic/composite restorations.
• Excellent attention to detail, anatomy and occlusion.
• Ability to produce durable restorations while minimizing fracture, debonding or restoration
failure.
Orthodontics
• Real clinical experience managing orthodontic cases.
• Ability to diagnose cases and develop an appropriate individualized treatment plan.
• Proper follow-up and monitoring of treatment progress.
• Ability to recognize and manage complications and unexpected treatment developments.
Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics
• Strong hands-on experience in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics.
• Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures and complex restorative cases.
• Real clinical experience in Full Mouth Rehabilitation / Full Mouth Cases.
• Good understanding of preparation, occlusion, bite, impressions/scanning, temporization and
final delivery.
• Understanding of the causes of prosthetic failure, loosening, debonding, fracture and
inflammation, with the ability to minimize preventable failures and retreatment.
Posts, Cores & Severely Compromised Teeth
• Strong hands-on experience with dental posts and reconstruction of severely damaged teeth.
• Ability to assess whether a compromised tooth can be predictably restored.
• Knowledge of appropriate restorative techniques and preservation of remaining tooth
structure.
• Treatment planning that minimizes failure caused by inadequate diagnosis, preparation or
treatment planning.
Diagnosis & Treatment Planning
• Accurate diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient.
• Ability to explain treatment plans in simple language that patients can understand.
• Ability to explain treatment options, benefits, limitations and expected outcomes.
• Strong patient communication and the ability to build patient confidence through clear
explanations.
• Treatment should not be initiated without a clear diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan.
Pediatric Dentistry
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to assess and manage pediatric dental cases.
• Practical experience with pediatric extractions.
• Good communication, patience and behavior-management skills.
Daily Clinical Reporting
• Responsible for completing and updating the Daily Clinical Report in the clinic’s official
management system.
• Ensuring that all diagnoses, treatments performed, treatment plans, patient progress and
follow-up information are accurately documented on a daily basis.

What We Expect
We are looking for a dentist with strong clinical maturity who understands that dentistry is not
simply about performing procedures. The dentist should understand: Why the treatment is
needed → What the correct plan is → How to execute it properly → How to follow it up → How to
minimize treatment failure. Our goal is to provide patients with high-quality, predictable and
long-lasting dental treatment while minimizing preventable complications and unnecessary
retreatment.
NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS
1. Minimum 5 years of professional Dentistry experience.
2. Minimum 3 continuous years of clinical practice in Mogadishu’s dental market.
3. Demonstrable experience in RCT, Extractions, Cosmetic Restorations, Orthodontics, Fixed &
Removable Prosthodontics, Full Mouth Cases and Tooth Reconstruction.
4. Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
5. Ability to independently manage assigned clinical cases.
6. Clinical experience must be real, practical and verifiable.
