Position Summary
We are looking for motivated entrepreneurs to become Sahmiye Area Partners. As an Area
Partner, you will build and manage a local real estate business using Sahmiye's platform, brand,
training, and technology.
This is a business partnership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
 Build and manage real estate operations within your assigned area.
 Recruit and supervise real estate agents when needed.
 Build relationships with landlords, developers, and property owners.
 Register properties for rent and sale.
 Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
 Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
 Represent the Sahmiye brand professionally. 

Requirements
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Entrepreneurial mindset.
 Good knowledge of Mogadishu and its neighborhoods.
 Ability to build relationships with property owners.
 Basic smartphone and computer skills.
