Operational Manager (Female only)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Fluency in Somali, English, and Arabic
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to oversee systems, operations, and staff performance
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital systems
• Professional, creative, proactive, and responsible personality
• Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, NGO, or administrative environments is highly preferred
