What We Are Looking For

In a word, a Leader.   Someone who excels at managing QAD Software implementations with an Operations/Manufacturing background. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with key decision makers about the software and implementation process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or closely related discipline or additional four years of consulting experience. 
• Determined on a project-by-project basis, tasks may include installation, configuration, training, business process design, testing, customization, and others as needed.
• Experience on a QAD Software implementation or upgrade project is required. 
• Candidates will come from a manufacturing background and have extensive knowledge of operational best practices. Business specific expertise would include:   
  • Material Requirements Planning  
  • Work Order Processing  
  • Inventory Control  
  • Lot/Serial Tracking  
  • Sales Order and Purchase Oder Processing  
  • Repetitive Manufacturing Functionality   
• Candidates must be able to effectively create and speak to a vision of project design resulting in service delivery excellence as you will be working with customers to determine direction and solution design needed to support their business and deliver components of the project. 
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, cGMP, GDP, CCSP, APICS, 21 CFR Part 11 Validation, etc. strongly desired. 
• Vertical expertise in Life Science, Automotive, Electronics, CPG and or Food & Beverage desired.

This is a full-time employment position. Candidates should be eligible to work for any employer in the US. Significant travel required 20-80% depending on project assignment requirements.
