Job description
The Awbare water supply system is characterized as a two Woreda water supply system with main bulk supply pipelines with various infrastructures along the routes to convey and provide water to both Awbare and Sheder refugee camps and host community.
Scope Of Work:
The Human resource department is linked to overall development of AWU, as employees are centralfor final output of the utility's performance. Behind the AWU water production there is a human mind, effort and man hours (working hours). No product or service can be produced without help of AWU staff. Staffs are fundamental resource for making things work in the utility. Therefore, we will work hard in the HR department to have skilled and competent people to make the utility competent and best.
Skills and qualifications
- BA in Human resource management, business administration and related field of study from recognized collage.
- 5 years of post-graduation and on the job experience in the management area.

- Report writing skills
- Computer skills
