Consultant - Final Evaluation of Country Strategy Paper (CSP) and National Contextual Review to Inform the Development of a new Country Strategy (2025 – 2029)

ActionAid International Somaliland/Somalia seeks a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a review of its current Country Strategy Paper (CSP) V, "People's Action Towards Social Justice (2020-2024)," and context analysis for the development of a new CSP. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully conducting similar work with traceable references, including evidence of such work. The scope of work covers a review and context analysis of AAIS' operational areas in Somalia and Somaliland.
