Position: Licensed Lawyer

Location: Somalia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice to clients in the areas of domestic, international, business, corporate law, and commercial transactions.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
3. Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
4. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and clients.
6. Collaborate with the legal team to develop legal strategies and provide legal solutions to complex issues.
7. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent legal services service.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree of Law (L.L.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed lawyer from the Federal Government of Somalia
• Proven experience in the legal field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Adherence to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• A passion for staying updated with legal developments and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluent in the English language both writing and speaking
