Distribution of livestock fodder for 655 drought-affected pastoralists in Abudwak, Galguduud region – Somalia.

1. 1. Tenders must be received before the deadline specified in the letter of invitation to tender. They must include the Application form (Annex I of this tender dossier) and be sent to the following addresses:

   Email complete and signed pdf copies to [email protected]

Tenders must comply with the following conditions:

1. All tenders must be submitted in one original copy type-written or hand-written in ink and send it to the physical address and email. All tenders must be received on October 25, 2022 at 15.00 hours, East African Time before the deadline date and time, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or hand-delivered against receipt signed by their representative.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER

The deadline for submitting the Bid is 15.00 hours, East African Time on 25 October 2022 at the

Africa for Rural Development (ARD) Mogadishu Office.

Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.

NB: Costs incurred by the bidders in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed
