Invitation for Open Tender

Football ground preparation, supply and installation of artificial turf in Abudwak under PROSPERIS Program Funded by Royal Norwegian Embassy and Swiss Development Cooperation.

Date: 20.06. 2024.

NIS is looking for qualified contractor to undertake Football ground preparation, supply and installation of artificial turf in Abudwak. All interested contractors/bidders are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other requirements for consideration:

Licences:

o   Valid registration from the Ministry of Public Works Federal Government of Somalia.

o   Valid registration license from Ministry of Public Works Galmudug state of Somalia

o   Valid operating licences from Abudwak District Administration

Tax compliance certificate: A valid tax compliance certificate (TIN) from Ministry of Finance, Galmudug State

Proof/evidence of company ownership: all bidders shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company including names, positions/titles, contacts details and shares owned

Previous similar works experience: Shall submit ONLY 3 previous similar infrastructural civil construction related contracts as well as supply and delivery of artificial turf implemented with and/or for International non-governmental organizations (INGOs) or UN agencies in the last 5 years

Note: Failure to submit all above license will lead to automatic disqualification.

Note: Forged contracts will lead automatic disqualification.

Relevant CVs: Shall share CVs of relevant technical staff

Company Finances: Shall present a dully signed financial/bank statement confirming that the company is financially in good position and able to pre-finance construction works as necessary

Work plan for the activity: The company shall submit a clear and detailed activity workplan.

BoQ price allocation accuracy and responsiveness: The company shall submit a filled and stamped BoQ in both excel and PDF format.

Supplier ethical standard form: Fill, stamp and submit the attached supplier ethical standard form.
