PROVISION OF LIFE SAVING WASH ASSISTANCE IN AFGOOYE DISTRICT, LOWER SHABELLE REGION, SOUTHWEST STATE, SOMALIA (TENDER NUMBER: STS/SHF/DINSOOR/1-2026) FOR CBPF-SOM-25-R-NGO-38695

Serving Together for Social Development (STS) is implementing a humanitarian WASH project in Afgooye District, funded by the Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF). We invite sealed bids from qualified contractors and suppliers for the following lots:

1. Lot 1: Rehabilitation of Gumed Shallow well in Marerey Village-Afgoye district, southwest state Somalia through Solar powered water Supply System.
2. Lot 2: Rehabilitation of Anole shallow well in Anole Vilaage -Afgoye district, southwest state Somalia through Solar powered water Supply System.
3. Lot 3: Rehabilitation of Mordile shallow well in Mordile Village in Afgoye District, Lower shabele-southwest State Somalia  through Solar powered water Supply System.
4. Lot 4: Rehabilitation of Sabid shallow in Sabid Village in Afgoye district, southwest state Somalia through Solar powered water Supply System.
5. Lot 5: Rehabilitation  and protection of Shokalow and Abdalow shallow wells in Sabid and Marerey villages respectively in Afgoi district, Lower Shabele, Southwest state Somalia through hand pump installation and fencing
6. Lot 6: Construction of 6 water kiosks/points 
7. Lot 7: Supply of 4x4 project vehicle (new or very low mileage).

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

• Completed Price Schedule (breakdown in attached price schedules).
• Company profile (legal status, organisational structure, key personnel, past performance).
• Signed PSEA, Child Protection, and UN Sanctions List Declaration and Anti-Corruption Declarations (attached).
• Valid business registration certificate.
• Tax compliance certificate (if applicable).

Submission Instructions:

Bidders may apply for one or more lots. Each lot must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope or as a separate email clearly marked with the Lot Number.

Tenders to be received on of Before 22nd February 2025. Tenders in sealed envelopes can be also be dropped at our offices located at Jaalle Siyaad Street, Danwadagta area, next to Palma Hotel, Wadajir District, Mogadishu-Somalia

Late bids will be rejected.
