SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR PUMPING FOR THREE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS IN RURAL BAIDOA DISTRICT.

COOPERAZIONEINTERNAZIONALE (COOPI) has received a grant from Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF),  for the implementation of an operation called: " CBPF-SOM-23-S-INGO-25173, Provision of immediate life-saving WASH response and durable, cost-effective water supply in recurrent emergency hotspot rural areas of Baidoa " and intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract.

Part of the grant has been apportioned to rehabilitate and upgrade to solar pumping of existing three water supply systems in rural Baidoa. The tender will comprise of supply, installation and testing of suitable submersible pumps and ground mounted photovoltaic modules with all accessories to include fencing of the installation. The borehole location sites are in the villages of Midow, Qahira winey, and Aburow. Bidders are advised to visit and examine the sites and their surroundings to obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender.

Submitted bids should indicate the price per unit and should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the bid.

COOPI invites qualified contractors to collect the tender documents as specified herein below.

Costs incurred by the supplier in preparing and submitting the quotation will not be reimbursed.
