1. Bank Statement.
2. Attach previous contracts as evidence.
3. Must have relevant general services experience in similar this field or Relevant.
4. Registration letters of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Commerce & Industry, from Federal Government of Somalia or South West state of Somalia and Taxe compliance certificate from southwest state.
5. Copy of Passport or ID.
6. Company profile with the following information.
7. Company main office/ branch offices address, telephones and emails
8. Duly completed bill of quantity with company stamp all Tender Pages

The Interested companies are advised to collect a complete set of Tender documents and instructions at (READO) Rural Education and Agriculture Development Organization Baidoa Office between 08:00 Am to 4:00 pm east Africa times from Tuesday RE-BAI-25-07-2023 to the Saturday 05 August, 2023.

Sealed bid documents must be returned READO office in a sealed envelope clearly stating the company name and its contact address no later than 16:00 Pm on Tuesday RE-BAI-25-07-2023 to the Saturday 05 August, 2023.

READO will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to READO.
