INVITATION TO TENDER AND REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

AMARD is a nonpolitical, non-profit making, human rights, aid & and development-oriented organization founded in 2012. It was established by individuals from the Somali minority communities dedicated to improving the degraded conditions and rights of the underprivileged minority groups in Somalia. AMARD seeks to help the minority communities in creating sustainable solutions to the problems they face and prog ress away from absolute poverty, exclusion, marginalization, and unemployment.

AMARD is seeking qualified vendors and service providers for supply of goods and services listed below for use in its programs in Somalia

Tender documents are available free of charge. Eligible and Interested vendors and service providers can request for the tender dossier and Request for quotation documents by emailing their request to [email protected] or physically picking them from our offices in the address indicated

above

The tender will be conducted under AMARD procurement policy and procedures and it is open to all qualified suppliers in Somalia.

Open tender Date: 11/12/2023 and for submission of bids, the deadline is December, Monday 18th, 2023 at 3:30 PM, East Africa Time. All completed

tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the AMARD office. Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be

accepted for loss, late delivery, or non-delivery

Alternatively, the bid documents can be submitted via Email to [email protected]. When submitting by email, kindly quote the Reference Number in the email subject line. (for example: AMARD/BAIDOA/TENDER/2023/01) Canvassing will lead to Automatic disqualification.

The Opening of bids will be an ongoing process, the services are required to respond to the emergency context in Somalia.

AMARD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or RFQ either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reason for its decision.
