DP World Berbera invites the bid of disposal of scrap and equipment that DPW Berbera encouraging all disposal contractors/suppliers to this disposal bid this tender.

All interested and eligible disposal Contractor’s/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works provision are here by invited to come and participate the site visit of this scrap and equipment areas and locations of DPW Berbera port from to see physical scrap and equipment disposal not later than within allocated 3 days from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm dated on 18th November till 20th November 2023.

List of disposal scrap and equipment details including Weight, Tonnage, pictures will be provided in a summary sheet to interested suppliers during the site visit days so that disposal contractors to submit precise and correct sealed envelopes for this disposal tender.

DP World Berbera procurement office, locate in DP World Berbera one stop service, Berbera port-Somaliland.

The site visit deadline and collecting disposal documents will be within 8:00am to 3:00pm from 18th November till 20ths Nov-2023.

Any site visits later than this above-mentioned dates and disposal documents collection will not be accepted.

After the site visit is made by interested disposal contractors then will send their sealed selling price offer Sending to DPW Berbera CEO secretary office by not later than 14:00hrs dated 23rd Nov-2023.

All documents should be submitted in a hard copy sealed envelope, to be hand carried and addressed to DP World Berbera CEO secretary office. The envelope should indicate the bid reference number.

Interested disposal suppliers/contractors will pay all related transportation cost from premises, disassembling, cutting, related governmental charges including local municipality and customs duty, and all other duties with no responsibility to DPW Berbera for any other cost.
